@Polarsprite Just a pay-per-text scam I'm guessing. They want you to text so they can charge your phone bill. Pretty smart, too, since they know most responses will be just like yours. π
@robfwtx I had minimal issues with eggdrop. The biggest issues were fixing bugs in tickle scripts offered by third parties who didn't fix and update their addons. Outside of that, I never had any problem with a dozen bot net for channel ops/bans/triggers.
@robfwtx The last time I logged on efnet it was pretty dead, generally speaking.
@th3j35t3r I loved it from the moment they took the bait. π
@vozoto If one can talk while eating a banana they have a better skill than running.π
@simon_ho Raunchy, but I like the twist.
@linuxlibrarian @th3j35t3r Being an expanding service without corporate sponsors, it's important to help pay the bills. Today's costs are nothing compared to what the future has in store should it continue to expand at this rate. Thanks for being a supporter. π
@th3j35t3r I'm okay not knowing who you are. Knowing the owners of other social media platforms hasn't made it easier. It's only made me look for something better than twit face truth.
@ALittleMascara I normally take both, but I'm out right now. Figures. ;)
@Kenneth_Leonard_Kirk I'm sorry for your loss, yet I'm pleased you'll forever have fond memories.
@awnaves π
@SurvivedChaos It's kind of shocking, but Alberta, Yukon, and NWT are very conservative, so there's probably some of that in BC as well I'm guessing. I'm glad you're happy its progressing. :)
@SurvivedChaos Progress is always most difficult when you're surrounded by religion. Even when people want to support you, they don't want the shun from their community.
The census results of Americans who identify as Christians that do support LGBTQIA+ turned out to be 74%, If I recall correctly. I have to believe even the most religious areas have sympathizers.
Slowly, but surely, more people will speak out and be part of progress instead of hiding in fear. Let's hope it's sooner than later.π€
Hmm. Short display name field. I'm Daniel.
It's pronounced "Dace-Vhite-za" if you're wondering.
