Don't focus on the placement, but focus on the width of the wind field.
A BIG chunk of Florida – including the entire west to east Peninsula from Tampa to Daytona, will likely see winds over 60 mph. A few gusts approaching 75 mph.
In the eyewall, gusts up to 120 mph at coast.
