: It bears repeating that social media is *not* the place for group therapy, and YouTube is *not* a psychiatrist or a therapist.
And echo chamber full of chasms, crevices, Burmese tiger pits, potholes/chuckholes, dead-ends, and more and with complete internet randos, charlatans, grifters, the delusional, the malign, and such is *not* a healthy or even good place to rely on to heal from addiction, abuse, etc. It's a Band-Aid on a sucking chest wound, at best.
