Alzheimers not a brain disease but a gut biome problem. Can be mitigated.

@thereal_renaissance_man very good information and makes total sense. I dont believe in pills being hawked do believe in nutrition from food and hereditary and inflammation and so much we don't know🤗

Be careful of any folks wearing blinders that try to pin Alzheimer's Disease on a single myopic source. It's not the plaques, but there is a brain component. There are dozens of known driving factors that combine to lead to AD. Some are genetic, some are behavioral, many relate to variations of inflammation sources.
AD can be addressed, but it won't be via a pill. It takes a broader approach.
