Why regenerative farming is taking hold in red America

In some conservative pockets of the U.S., farmers are embracing regenerative practices. Just don’t ask them to make it political.

@peeppeepcircus this is very true in my farming community. The land and making a living is above the politics. Snd they are seeing global climate change on their seasonal calendar shifts.
They also didn't appreciate Trumps goverance. Lot of disrespect sent their way in cuts to farming programs.

It seems like farming and ranching have been on the frontlines of climate change - they have been feeling it sooner and having to deal with dramatic changes which affect the bottom line badly. So they have to find solutions asap or stop farming.

Glad there is more openness to biodiversity with this ag technique, letting parts of the land rewild, managing grazing with the soil health in mind.

If it were up to me, I'd double down on this to help get us through what lies ahead.
