I have noticed a renewed interest in BlueSky since the election, apparently there's a Threads migration over there, joining the people who, for some reason, were still on X 🤷🏼♀️. Is it really that much better than Threads? I see a lot of known political commentators and other people praising it and sharing their new handle over there. I got an early invite some time ago but I didn't use it much and deleted my account since I was here already 🩶. #CoSoRocks

@cylon_dxd @Blue_Skyesr_here it's actually easier now with starter packs. I won't do Threads--not giving Zuck any more of my attention.
@joycereynoldsward @cylon_dxd Yeah, the Meta thing is a dealbreaker for a lot of people. BlueSky seems definitely a superior option.
@cylon_dxd Ugh, that defeats the purpose! I have not explored it a lot yet but you're right, the accounts of just regular people are kind of hard to find
