Some property developers would probably buy it for that price just for the land, wack in a subdivision development plan and do a "build to suit" business model and they'd have work for years

@crazyuncleharris @LiminalLil @Bliss oh, you aren't building a subdivision here. that creek floods... not near the house though, so i guess they did figure on that at least when they built (doesn't mean the basement isn't wet though)
