Gotta ask does anyone out there flavor their own beans?

I've got probably 15lbs of bulk beans from Amazon who's flavor profile leaves a lot to be desired lately. I don't want to throw them out as it's a lot of money to waste.

I'm trying to figure out what a reliable flavoring syrup brand is?
Unfortunately my Google foo has failed me by turning up a plethora of lack luster sites, some of which suggested using Ghirardelli chocolate syrup (u know the expensive ice cream topper)

I think if you store them well, in a good, airtight container—with whatever spices you like (cinnamon, nutmeg, maybe cacao powder?)—it might work… Might be worth trying, if you really don’t like the beans otherwise!!

@TanSuitPlease I'll have to give that a shot, I saw a method about using whiskey but I'm hesitant to potentially waste perfectly good whiskey

@crazyuncleharris
lol, don’t blame you! Plus, I think dry ingredients would work best—just might take longer (but you’ve got 15 lbs sooo…)
