Talk about a wet and drery day, it's ~40f out, it's raining like no tomorrow, the fire wood is soaked, doors and windows r leaking this is great

@Anemone the windows r in the basement and r the oldest in the house (and the only ones that haven't be replaced) so they're showing their age 25-30 years old the French door has only started leaking in the cold & when the wind is directly blowing on it so I can only imagine that something has shrunk in the cold :/

Might be time for some of that shrink wrap stuff for doors and windows. It's not fashionable but does the job where necessary.

@Anemone unfortunately that won't help :/ leaks r happening on the inside frame so all that'll do is trap the water there and prevent the heat from drying it out
