If we lose our capacity for solitude, our ability to be alone with ourselves, then we lose our very ability to think.

I think there are people who are far more comfortable in their own company than others.
I have always been comfortable alone. In fact, I distrust anyone who πππ£π£π€π© spend serious time alone with themselves.
Iβm always confounded by folks who speak of their loneliness. Iβve never felt lonely a day in my life.
There is a distinct difference between being alone and being lonely. Seems too many people think they need to be constantly surrounded by people to not be lonely.
Thatβs completely untrue for me. I adore friends, the gym, volunteering for people contact. I equally love my alone time.

I so agree.
My solitude is extremely important to me. As a Leo, I have a tendency to give too much energy to any gathering of people. Especially those who gossip or judge others. They suck the life out of me.
I love my new apartment & the surrounding communities. Solitude gives me so much time to think and enjoy.
