I've been here since July, just linking the user guide kind of makes me feel like you think I'm too stupid to have looked there before asking questions.
Some of that's me, because I do have issues with being perceived as anything but highly intelligent. But the kind of assumption it takes to just post the most basic information like someone hasn't at least tried to look there is... at the very least, bound to put some people's backs up.
@coraxcelticus some people don't even know where to start looking to find the user guides when they first log in here.
Deep breath. This isn't a place where you have to be on guard. It takes getting used to!
@you_mountebank Like I said, some of it is me because I do have serious issues with misperceptions of my intelligence. It's nails down a chalkboard combined with brake squeals and itchy clothing and every other annoying thing all at once.
