My sister was into all things French so I got exposed to Delon a lot more than average Americans.

I should have learned the language when I had the chance. There was much French spoken at family gatherings. I wondered how much Dad really remembered, being the first on his side not born in France or Quebec. But then I remembered that his mother apparently never learned English. Either the community was a little French enclave or she must have stayed home quite a bit.

I flunked my French course 😳 (welp I was taking that course while working nearly 24/7 at this printing company so I missed quite a lot.)

Did the same thing with immersion Spanish. I traveled to South America on business too much to learn the language.

Alain Delon passed away? That's sad. I was just talking about the days of Burt Lancaster and Stephen Boyd. Delon was in Scorpio with Lancaster and I thought also Assignment K, but I seem to be wrong on that one.
