Anybody here into nootropics for dream enhancement?

I'd like to hear about experiences and/or reviews.

As a rule, I'm skeptical of anything labeled "suppliment" because if it's not a food or a drug, there's no way of knowing how safe it is for consumption or application. Doubly so for anything that claims to alter mental states.

The human brain runs exclusively on glucose, so I suggest apple juice before bed.

Cannabis use tends to make dreams harder to remember, if that helps any

@Pungent agreed. Each person must decide for themselves.
Galantamine is interesting to me because it is currently used (prescribed) for other brain-related things, such as treatment of cognitive decline in moderate cases of Alzheimer's. The fact that it has such a positive and dramatic effect on my sleep and my dreams makes it doubly appealing (for me, for others it may not have the same result or benefit)

YMMV. 🙂
