@cjewel In the nineties a chiropractor in the midwest had only one trifold 14" x 36" spine film on a viewbox. He didn't even have the equipment hooked up. He faked taking a radiograph and used the dummy image. He was finally caught when someone with imaging knowledge noticed the breast shadows in the image and was a man if i remember right.
