@LlamaMountainStudioArts Aren't you supposed to drink 16 ounces of water to every Gatorade? The way I understood it, Gatorade is like electrolytes, but it isn't water. At least that's for regular Gatorade, I think? 🤔 I never touch the stuff.

@SandHillThicket @LlamaMountainStudioArts I always assumed Gatorade was for when you do a lot of heavy sweating and need to replace electrolytes and salts back into your body. I drink it to prevent cramping when I’ve been working or playing outside and sweating a lot.

@cjcrew @SandHillThicket @LlamaMountainStudioArts cheaper, maybe just as good I pour a couple ounces of lemon juice and add a pinch or two of sea salt and a splash of honey to a 64oz thermos bottle with ice water.
Electrolyte balance can be tricky so be careful. I used to OD on distilled water -- don't recommend.

@b4cks4w @SandHillThicket @LlamaMountainStudioArts I prefer plain ice water myself but if I’ve been sweating a lot then I’ll drink the Gatorade.
