@lisalisadoodle I’m wide awake. Three days of opening at work (4:30am) and my ancient body has adopted way too damn early as the time we should be up. The cats and dog are soundly sleeping after much noms in the bellies.
@lisalisadoodle I don’t sleep well anyway so when my schedule gets altered like this it just makes it hard to get enough sleep. I still want to stay up until 1-2 in the morning.
@lisalisadoodle It would if I stayed awake but I get so tired I need to sleep so I screw myself again because I’m not tired when it’s time to go to bed again. Thankfully I’m retired so I only work a few days a week. I can push through work but when I hit an insomnia period my house suffers.
@cjcrew I'm so sorry you have problems with your sleep. I've been a pretty poor sleeper my entire life. My mom likes to tell me it started as a baby. I'm not sure what my problem was as a baby but, for as long as I can remember, I just can't shut my brain off. I'm glad you're able to push through work when necessary....and I hope you can sleep tonight.
@lisalisadoodle I’m working on it. I’ve got goals, just need to start implementing them. I’m sorry you’re having the same issues. Insomnia sucks.
