Labor Day - when the CEOs and executives enjoy a 3-day weekend and the workers keep the stores open.

There's so much great music being made now, so much access to artists you'd never had heard of before the Internet and I try to hunt them down on Bandcamp or their own websites to help support.
Still, Spotify has so much and easy to discover something new or revisit artists no longer with us.

I usually don't spend much time listening to "oldies", see too many posts from my peers about how "music was so much better in my day".
Jim Croce was first artist that impacted me when I heard he'd died (I was still in elementary school), Photographs and Memories was the first album I purchased with my own money.

New numb-nutz in charge decidees to dump separated supplies (clips, tag holders, plastic pins) into one open mesh bin rather than just move them to different area.
Basically not a "f you", more of a "idc how you did things"

Thunderheads whisper on the edge of periphery
Horizons swallowed in rolling clouds
Moments once banished beneath layers of time
Days, weeks, months, years
Suddenly stirred up in the static energy
Anticipation of a maelstrom of everything
Once buried but now back
The storm of pasts
Of regurgitated regret
Of self-inflicted scar tissue
Of weakness and insanity

Good morning, 25 years after the fact a stranger decided to dig into the past of someone I know and dredge shit up.

Well, found out there's a loyalty reward from Spectrum (thankfully I didn't have to beg and argue) that saves me $20 a month on wifi.
Also, sorted through some more cars. Solido diecast cars from France.

Bout to go into battle with Spectrum 🪖 why do we even need ISPs?
Sometimes it feels like if I had to pay my curtains to look out the window.

It's going to be one of those days, sigh.

@chuck34108
I recommend "Power Metal Mix" if you're into that kind of music.

@chuck34108 Ethel Cain. Her voice is haunting. Beautiful music. Creepy subject matter. Songs of note: A House in Nebraska, American Teenager, Strangers

Spotify playlist suggestions?
One of these mornings where idk what I want to listen to. Feel like I've overdone it with folky music, prog music, weird music. Torn between something new and something familiar.

Ok, so am I nuts or is $90 a month way too much for just home Internet (no cable)?
