Putin came tino office then manipulated his cohorts to keep him behind-the-scenes in power after his term had expired. People dismissed his power grab, bemused by his finagling and puppeteering of Medvdev. He then rewrote the constitution to stay in power. And now he's changed it again.

Have a hard time with the fact that we sit here watching this invasion in technicolor, 4k big screen convoy images and the best we can do is offer "thought and prayers". I understand the concern of escalation ☢️ and don't know the answer but it's frustrating to watch and not intervene.
