Mr Graf is the CEO of the Russian State Bank which is sanctioned by the US. He spent less than 24 hours in the US.
@chuck34108 I didn't believe this story much, except the possible link to Sbernank, Run By Herman Gref. Turns out, Trump has met Gref.

And if so, I must say that it feels a lot like Trump has sold us out for power, money, and influence.
Unfortunately, he is getting played like a harp, and we're less safe because of it.
