Cheesecake.
16oz Cream Cheese
8oz Mascarpone
8oz ricotta
1cup of sugar
4 whole eggs
2 additional yolks
2 Madagascar vanilla beans
1 cap full of real vanilla extract (For this I like to open up some vanilla bean pods and let them soak in Michters bourbon for at least a week)
I pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1tsp of fresh lemon juice
