The term "quick" is relative here...

All US air strikes in Afghanistan are currently coming from the USS Reagan/USS Iwo Jima Combined Strike Group currently located in the North Arabian Sea, off the coast of Pakistan. And are flying over Pakistani territory to reach their targets.
