I use "guys" to address groups of all genders. It's short & preferable to tacking on gals ("gals" grates on me), enbies, etc. Is this:

Love to say y’all. My son in Bucks County PA goes berserk. He HATES it.
Of course my Inner Child says it frequently just to wind him up.
