@SaltyVeruca Not personally but I have friends who swear by it. Dr Andrew Huberman has a series of podcasts on youtube discussing this and why it works. Good luck!
@SaltyVeruca Light exposure time, intensity and angle originally drove our circadian reasons. So if you try to re-establish a natural pattern (Huberman) you might benefit a lot.
