so what do you figure the odds are that the DOJ conveniently falls asleep for the next two years and does nothing with those criminal referrals?
@rpardee they already have more than enough to prosecute just by the dude's twitter feed.
it's more a matter of if they have the steel to actually follow through with it.

@carver_hudson well, we know they have been investigating #Jan6 for some weeks now at least, as well as the espionage-a-lago stuff. So that's hopeful.
Q is whether they'll conclude they have enough of a case to prosecute. Which I can't imagine they wouldn't, but who knows...
