Capitalism has it's good points and a lot of bad points. The bad points are all about human greed causing human misery.
Most of what people think is bad about socialism is actually bullshit propaganda dreamed up to make us fight the commies during the cold war.
Putting that aside there are Americans in the US right now that are suffering. No health care. No food. Homelessness. Can't find jobs.
@carver_hudson Capitalism needs checks and balances, else it becomes rampant.
I must say that I do admire Germany's social democratic system. Sure, DE is still capitalist, but everybody benefits.
I haven't paid for any medical procedure for the last 3 years, and only a 10% surcharge on prescriptions.
