TX has got to be the most gun friendly open carry state in America. Yet in each recent TX shooter case, the 'good guy' with a gun taking out the bad guy with a gun was nowhere to be seen. Bad guy got taken out by a cop / rentacop.

"The only thing that can take out a BAD Cat 5 Hurricane is a GOOD Cat 5 Hurricane"???
Two hurricanes don't exist in the same space. As we have seen.
TX, gun friendly, open carry, has not been saved from a mass shooter in recent yrs by a civilian good guy.
