Old age, all on the spectrum moving along. Shocking how fast it happens. Try to separate yourself ‘old’ elderly, a geezer etc. but the truth is it is exactly where you are heading closer every day (unless you die young) Watch what you say and know that pride and dignity exists among older people. Never mock; you have no idea how aware and hurt some may be. Don’t wear your youth as a shield; it is disintegrating daily. Let your shield, instead, be: your compassion, fortitude, service and love.
