@insomniacviolin Ohhhh, I can so relate. Painful as it is, the best thing you can do is get up and walk around. If this is a regular problem, take a magnesium supplement an hour before bed.
@caaddison88 I take a supplement daily focused on magnesium because of a disorder I have. The disorder likes to cause weird spasms too. It's almost like dealing with a child throwing a temper tantrum but it's my own body and I'm just along for the ride.
