I wanted to goof off in Boulder after my appointment but my sinuses get so angry if the air quality goes above 45. 😭

Any home or over the counter remedies are welcomed rn. I’m on Zyrtec, claratin, singular, and Benadryl. I also have local honey daily. I’ve rinsed out my sinuses but as soon as someone opens the door it’s bad again.

@Qbae Flonase works great for both allergies (e.g., pollen) and sensitivities (e.g., cigarette smoke). I take Allegra and Flonase, and the combo keeps most at bay. For sinus infection, rest and lots of Celestial Seasonings’s Honey Lemon Ginseng Green Tea. Ask your doctor to prescribe a Z-pak if you’re not allergic to azithromycin. Also ask for a Diflucan Rx and ask the pharmacy for some Imodium—both precautions.

@caaddison88 ahh cramp! I forgot to refill the flonase that’s why I’m so miserable!! Thanks fren!

@Qbae I'm glad I could help you feel better in any way, shape, or form. Yes, Flonase is, indeed, a wonderful product. Nasacort doesn't do squat in comparison.
