Steps devised for myself after 2 sequential cyberbully attacks (where most of my PTSD originates):
1. Do you feel anger bubbling from your core to your brain/fingertips? If so, proceed to #2. If not, go to #4.
2. Remove fingers from keyboard; shove chair away from desk.
3. Find a calming activity like knitting or reading OFFLINE 20 mins or until you feel relaxed.
4. Return to desk/keyboard. Repeat steps as needed.
