I put a ladder on the tree. Right near where she was and she got scared and ran to the top of the tree
My outdoor cat, Sally Crocket, has gotten herself into a pickle this time.
That ladder is 30 feet.
She’s at the top.
The firemen out here don’t have cherry pickers.
Like do I cut down the tree?
I think she has been up the tree less than 24 hours. so
I opened a can of tuna, and threw it up on the tree near the ladder. Same for a can of her wet cat food.
I dont think there is a hose nearby. haha! shes out in the wood lot.
I went in to tell my partner about this, and she said that if I had climbed the tree, she would have killed me.
We have a strict 'no climbing trees or roofs' policy.
Plus with my old injury, I wouldnt make it too far.
Only thing to do is wait.
Just did a Sally check.
She is even higher up in the tree.
Its like 50+ feet up in the air. If I had a 50 foot pole, idk how I would even get it up there. and with what on it?
IDK this seems bad. She is meowing like a scared whittle kitty. but, there is nothing I can do. She just wont come down.
There are tons of branches, I bet she could figure it out, but

@XanHart Call your local emergency number (9-1-1?) and tell them you have a personal pet stuck up in a tree in danger of falling to its death. They're very used to those calls. *hugs*
naw the only thing we have out here is the county Sherriff, and ive heard from the locals that Dale, Ed, and Jarrod, the deputies, wont come out here for anything short of a felony.
Neighbor had a cat up a tree, and there is no one out here to help.
@XanHart You don't have game wardens? Check your phone book under government listings. What about the local Humane Society? I mean, we live in a really small-town area, but we have both. We have to call the sheriff's office to get to the game warden, though. Just because other people tell you something doesn't mean it's true, by the way. Trust me. My neighbors told my building manager that I was moving out of the building and moving in with my mother.
