Military folk can you tell me anything about these? They belong to the deceased parent of a client. He can't tell me much except that his dad was military and served in Korea. I figured @Render would be a good resource ☺️
Ribbons are:
Purple - Purple Heart
Blue/single white stripe center - Korean Service medal
Blue/white stripes - UN service medal
32nd Infantry regiments history in Korea is well noted in every history book about the Korean War.
Their 1st Battalion was with Task Force Faith along side Chesty Pullers 1st Marine Regiment when they were cut off on the east side of the Chosin Reservoir.
