But we've had a new line pulled to a street light in front of the house and 1 streetlight behind the house knocked down twice in the last 5 years. And a new fence next door in that same time frame. So environmental damage.

This is interesting. Half the house and all the big circuits are down. Some of the rooms are like on a dimmer where there isn't a dimmer switch.
The meter seems dark. Seems we lost at least a phase.
