Sitting here with my family and making tea. My oldest looks across the room at the half&half and asks in a perfect deadpan, "if it is half&half, how is there 30% more cream?"
All we could say was "wait, what?"
Trying out my wife's new kit for going back to school. It's not horrible I'm not sure how it will play with 6th graders.
Lights are on and I have espresso. Everything is going to be alright.

Don't text and drive. This just happened behind my house. Heard the crash of the car bouncing off the pole and then saw the pole fall into the street from inside the house.
Threw a video to the TV of a webinar. The TV saw decided the setup looked enough like a side-by-side 3D presentation that it flipped over to 3D mode. I am easily amussed.
My wife will be wearing these today.
Our adult, college-age children are confused. Surprised we had to remind them that my wife teaches 6th grade . . . And not everything is about them.
An accidentally created tradition/ritual happens when I open a new bag of coffee beans. All the coffee drinkers in the house get to enjoy the "first breath" the coffeentakes when I first open a new bag.

My setup for my middle school teacher wife. Four camera, 3 microphones, two whiteboards and props I didn't know we had. This is how teachers work from home.

Saturday walk interrupted by hotel fire. At least it looked like the building was being renovated over the winter.
