I prefer #Zoom #interviews to face-to-face ones because with Zoom, it's more difficult for an #hr to realize that I'm disabled so when I'm hired, it's difficult for them to immediately fire me because of my #disability so then I have a chance to prove that I'm fit for the #job.

Heads up to my fair skinned friends. The sun is out, birds are singing, bees are trying to have sex with them - as is my understanding.
And you need to put on sunblock.
Straight up, don't ruin the first nice weekend by becoming a lobster. It feels bad and sets you up for a lifelong risk of skin cancer.
As a super pale Irish bloke my go to is Blue Lizard. Found at Wegmans that stuff is amazing. The Bottle even turns color to warn you when you need to apply (and that boy is bright blue).

@rosielebontennant Been playing a lot of a game called #RainWorld recently. I love it so much. ๐ They released #DownpourDLC for it not too long ago and that's been very enjoyable content to work through. ๐
@rosielebontennant My week hasn't been too bad yeah. Work had some work backlog from over the financial new year period and I got that all caught up.. now got a long weekend for Easter which I'm sure there'll be work backlog for me when I go back, haha.
@rosielebontennant I hear ya on the Twitter situation, though soon as account security measures stopped working, I asked all my followers for alternative social media including email addresses, and then closed down all my accounts and came here because I knew Mastodon wasn't what I was looking for in a microblogging platform either. Twitter used to be one of my favourite platforms so it is very sad. I use this and Discord the most now. I boycott all FB/Meta platforms so that's why not on those.
