Between Ryze and Dose they both pop up all the time in my yt or Instagram reels

@thereg001 their marketing is on point in that you will see it everywhere. I got my first bag two years ago and gave it a go. It is NOT a coffee replacement, it's a woody mushroom'y brew that looks like black but tatstes nothing like it. Fun fact - it has added so is not caffeine free. I'll try and give a better review of how it is for sure.

@LnzyHou it has caffeine added, yes. I’ll write up my thoughts and share.

@bfgreen I use the mushroom matcha tea powder and coconut creamer. I’m not a coffee drinker so I haven’t used that. I also like their cocoa in the evening as a dessert substitution.

@bfgreen The best way I’ve found to add a mushroom supplement is powder in bone broth. I don’t like it in coffee because I want the coffee taste. It’s almost non-existent taste-wise in bone broth. (Laird Performance Mushrooms & Bare Bones Bone Broth)

@chad_key makes sense and I love some bone broth. isn't a mushroom supplement so much as a drink replacement. It contains and is designed specifically to replace . I take daily lions mane capsules as my , and have thought about adding some others.
