OK, CoSo--recommendations wanted for topical analgesic creams/ointments/gels that can help alleviate back pain.
@LnzyHou has been very obliging with information about Volteran, and I am trying an essential oil blend called DoTerra Deep Blue Rub, which does seem to help some.
Do you use any products that you would recommend?
Tiger Balm is all I keep on hand, though I probably just love the smell of it ;)
