@vo1de got your zip ties... ?
@bfgreen damn. Thanks! I knew I was missing something. Also the u bolts. Can't forget the u bolts.
@vo1de The real problems arise in the days, hours and minutes leading up to the task, and the minutes, hours and days after. Eliminating risk comes down to preparation, attention to detail, redundancies... redundancies... and redundancies.
Leave nothing for the elves, with their tweezers, forensic baggies, and DNA kits. And avoid being seen. Which is impossible in the 21st Century... so at least avoid being memorable. Keep calm. Keep moving.
@bfgreen what movie is that. Are you a wizard? I was not expecting oracle in my inbox today.
@vo1de it's part of the intro dialogue from the movie Killer (highly recommend) on Netflix. Here is the full intro dialogue in text > https://briangreen.net/the_plan
@bfgreen I wish I still had Netflix. Never mind that. Still top advice and a good reminder. Amazing writing.
Don't trust movies. Real life is far more well. Real. But the mindstate is ligit. Nothing good ever happened by being concerned about the wrong things.
@vo1de +1, those that know, know. ;-)
@vo1de indeed and well said. If you know me, you'll find I care DEEPLY, but can detach when tasks require. Have an amazing day - on purpose!
@bfgreen sir yes sir. That is the plan. Same to you. Kick some ass.
@bfgreen in that case you deserve a +4, misdirections are everywhere nowadays. Illusions are just that. But only if you can spot them in time.
Stay vigilant my friend. Reality is so much better. Oh. And don't loose your empathy. That's the thing the stories get wrong. Nothing gets done with out a will, and will is only recharged by morale. If you don't have a reason to care, you don't have a reason to move.
