Also - #TIL that bread fiddle bow knives are a thing! %0+ years of never seeing one of these clever knives. My wife bakes a lot of #sourdough #bread so this knife is a must.

@TrueBloodNet the bow shape helps as a cutting guide to keep slice width consistent - for those of us that cannot do that naturally. I don't know it's "better" just didn't know they even existed.
@bfgreen Ah, I see the advantage. I have a wood cutting guide - which is not a perfect solution. Thanks for the clarification. :)
