OMG yes! @An_Seabhac I have hated bitter coffee for most of my life and couldn't bring myself to drink it nasty and black. But after dialing in my #AeroPress and using water at 160-dregrees (not boiling!!) I found that I could make silky smooth black coffee that was delicious. I splurged on an electronic kettle that gets temp precise. Changed #coffee for me!! #caffeineclub #coffeewar
@DPotatoesOBrien @An_Seabhac no other way to describe it. I make espresso strength in my #aeropress and sip it slow and smooth. I’m going for quality vs quantity these days. It’s also a very therapeutic routine of making coffee this way.

Yes- boiling water makes bitter coffee. I love your description, “silky smooth black coffee”, and I’m diggin’ a big cup right now.
