Just finished writing performance reviews for my whole team and helping each of them with their career development plans. Helping people grow and align their careers to their passions is the best part of managing people.
That said, I’m pooped. Think I’ve earned this. Cheers!

@Susandoyle thanks. We do them twice a year and it takes me all weekend. My family know when they see me "in the zone" not to bother me and let me write :)
