Indian Child Welfare Act where Alaskan Native and Native American Indians while 9% to 21% of state populations, are disproportionately taken away from their parents and adopted out by white churches to white people to adopt citing racist Indian stereotropes as reason.

Side note: The SCOTUS hearing did not go well. A lot of racism shown by SCOTUS using anti-Native stereotropes. If ICWA is overturned, many believe so is sovereignty and political strength in defending Indian Country. Battling big oil and SCOTUS now is, .. strenuous. We're not people we're fauna, animals, and USA is the bad faith guardian of the conservatorship by treaties and executive orders.
SCOTUS and Congress, as well as State and County legislations saying American Indians, Alaska Natives cannot wear regalia and sometimes even how our hair is worn. Grateful Samantha Maltais stood her ground and won.
