Inspired by a discussion (on that other platform), here's a question - cheater pints.
For the uneducated, a cheater pint looks like a traditional, 16-ounce cocktail shaker pint but holds around 14-ounces. Often the bottom and the walls of the glass are thicker and it feels heavier in the hand.
Question is, would you continue to support that business if they use these? If you do, why?
Also, how many of you support businesses that post ABV, price, but not volume per beer entry?

@beer fun story. I went to a local chain bar and ordered a sour beer that was supposed to be 12oz. It came in a a fancy glass mug and it seemed off. So I ordered a 12 oz can of beer. Drank my entire sour in the mug, the poured the beer into the mug and wouldn't ya know it, I had a bunch of beer leftover that didn't fit.

I decided that if they aren't going to give me the ozs I paid for, it must be because they want me to have the mug so now I have it at home. (It holds just under 10oz).

@Waldo06 Yeah. Reminds us of the Applebees social media post that went viral.
In a situation like that, it's best to make note and avoid promos like that in the future.
Also, reminds us of a promo for Brooklyn Brewing. A "take the pint" night, but didn't stipulate one per person. We still have the three german balloon glasses, 16-ounces, to this day!
