I just showed my kids the first two episodes of Voltron: Defender of the Universe (1984) and they. are. hooked. That was my favorite show when I was that age. I seriously thought they'd give me the stink eye, but instead I was met with tears and anger when I stopped the show (it was bedtime) since they didn't get to see the lions in action yet. I hope I did right.
