The specific facts of the case were that the cops got involved after the boyfriend of one of the men called and reported there was a man with a gun in the apartment &bdiscovered the men having sex. If Lawrence is overturned, Texas laws criminalizing sodomy go back into effect. /ex-lawyer pedant. And I can't believe people want to go back to this crazy!
