@TishMarieC My bird was moist and yummy. I smothered it inside out with butter, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. I even lifted the skin on the breast and put some in there and basted there as well. Then cooked it at a lower temp for a longer time. Making 🦃 dinner helps me feel more of that holiday spirit.❤
@babywhisperer14 That sounds yummy! I did the same and my bird was pretty good too. The slow roasting made it really juicy. The spirit is hard to come by but I get it when I cook too. Glad you had a good one! ❤️
