Also, most states have lists of AH properties that are 70-30% AMI (i.e. income qualified, + Senior, LGBTQ, veterans focused & ADA accessible units.) States actually publish affordable apt lists! Downside: often lottery or waitlist to get in.. but ya never know, you cd get a unit.

Just a note to anyone realizing that there is a paid “pro” version… this platform (according to apple App Store) does not collect any information about you. Twitter is not free. They are selling your data and making profit from that and curated ads. Not sure how much the pro version is, but it’s less than what your data is worth lol

@LiberalKnox Countersocial has been around for the better part of 5 years I believe and there are people who would consider themselves conservative, liberal and centrists, the difference is that this place is a refuge from psy ops, bots, hate/fear mongering and is run by a good human.
