So I'm walking the dog in town and we wait at crosswalks for cars to go past. Confuses like half the drivers and some get irate because I don't know why, don't care. I want the dog to always wait to cross a street, especially around cars. Period. Btw same for kids. 🤷

@EnochianEntropy fwiw this house did the same and I trenched around, put in for real French drain, tied all the gutters into PVC pipes down away from the house and lo, the sump pump hath quieted.
