Before I try a blasting cap has anyone found a workable treatment for tendonitis?

Sometimes short term splinting is helpful too ( tendinitis of the wrist which is a favorite body part my arthur likes to eat ) not sure where your pain in the itis is located.

I'm 4 months into aftercare for a twisted ankle and its not over yet!
Use a sling during the day and join @daniel on adjusting to the non dom lifestyle 😜 for a while

@b4cks4w Please take the advice of the others, take a week off and rest it, you would feel so foolish if your right hand ended up as bad as your left and then what would you do?
