It's taken way too long, but the solar+battery system is fully configured and operational.
I've signed up with a company, David Energy, that aggregates customer's batteries and sells the power back to the grid at real time rates rather than low fixed rates.

@BrentSullivan I'm behind you a bit, curious how your system works for you. The local solar folks still recommend Powerwall and ain't no way I'm buying anything from Tesla ever. The panels and controller are from Enphase

I'm Enphase all the way. Have 4 Enphase 5P batteries -- similar usable capacity to having 2 Powerwalls. It was a little pricier than Powerwalls
